‘New Hall School Music Department’ Andrew Fardell brings the cream of musical talent from this fine school to our lovely theatre.

10th

'Crossfire': This band of jazz and funk musicians from the Essex area present a set of high energy sax and guitar led music by artists such as David Sanborn, Kenny Garrett, as well as some brand new original material.

‘Lunchtime at the Movies’ – Tim Eaton and friends coincide beautifully with the Cramphorn Theatre Movie festival with this recital of music related to the Movies.

’Consonum’ are an ensemble featuring the piano, clarinet and soprano voice. They are interested in giving performances of relatively unknown works for this unusual combination as well as demonstrating some wonderful duo repertoire.

Pat Avery and Riko Tanaka In a simply enchanting recital of music for voice and Guitar. Japanese and folk influences abound.

(Civic Theatre) " A Level Performance Studies students from the Bromfords School in Wickford return with their devised community work which combines music, theatre and dance, exploring themes from one of Essex's most guilty secrets - the witch trials in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Be prepared for a roller coaster ride of emotions and to expect the unexpected!  The picture is completed by a showcase of individual and group performances."

This concert will be given by St. Mary's Hare Park School Choir and will feature a selection of choral pieces, show tunes and popular songs. We are hoping to see our friends from St John’s Special school at this.

Sammy Bassey Songs from the shows with this engaging 21 year old and a rather older Jeffery at the piano!

Saxology were ‘snowed off’ in January but celebrate their 21 years together with a series of concerts including this one at our lovely theatre.

(in Civic) A Deeper Shade of Sax Charlotte, Ben, Nicole and Luke are the young performers today from the Colchester Institute. Be prepared for a varied and stimulating programme.
